Bambang Gatot Ariyono – President Commissioner

Bambang Gatot Ariyono, an Indonesian citizen born in 1960, hold a bachelor degree from UPN Veteran Yogyakarta in 1987, magister from STIE IPWI Jakarta in 1997, and a Diploma of Mining Public Administration in Ecole Des Mines De Paris in 2002.

He has long experience in the Ministerial Office of Energy and Mineral Resources, he started serving in Directorate General of General Mining in 1989 and continue serving in the Ministerial Office as a Director General of Mineral and Coal in 2015 – 2020, and become the Senior Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources in 2020.

He has ever joined the Board of Commissioner in PT Aneka Tambang in 2015 – 2018 and PT INALUM/PT MIND ID in 2018 – 2020. He currently serves as a Commissioner in PT INDEXIM since 2021.

He joined PT Coalindo Energy as a President Commissioner in January 2024.

Oentoro Surya – Commissioner

Oentoro Surya, graduated from Waseda University Tokyo – Japan in 1978, is a founder of AAA Group.

He served in PT Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line as the President Director until 2012, he is currently hold a position as a Commissioner in various companies: PT Ayrus Prima since 1996, PT Hanoman Sakti Pratama since 2001, PT Sumisho Global Logistic Indonesia since 2001, PT Andalan Teguh Berjaya since 2007, PT Mandira Sanni Pratama since 2008, and PT Asmin Bara Bronang since 2012.

He is active in Indonesian National Shipowners’ Association (INSA) since 2002 and currently become the Advisor since 2008.

He joined PT Coalindo Energy as a Commissioner in January 2024.

Ezra Sibarani – Commissioner

Ezra Sibarani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Padjadjaran University and earned a Master of Law from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.

He has worked for PT Arutmin Indonesia for over 9 years with his last position as General Manager Legal and External Affairs. A member of several professional associations in the mining, advocacy and arbitration industries, he has worked in several leading mining companies including practising law in various law firms before joining Arutmin.

He joined PT Coalindo Energy as a Commissioner in January 2024.
